COVID-19 Assistance Available
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, Valley Water Systems, in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Public Utility Regulatory Authority is offering a COVID-19 Payment Plan to any customer requesting financial assistance. This program is designed to assist residential, commercial, and industrial customers who are facing unexpected hardships and are having trouble in paying their delinquent utility bill at this time.
If you have a past due balance and are having financial difficulties in this uncertain time, we can help by setting up a flexible payment plan. No down payment is required and the past due balance can be spread out over 24 months. Determination of financial need is not dependent on this offer. Residential customers can sign up for the COVID-19 payment plan thru November 1, 2020. Non-residential customers can sign up for the COVID-19 payment plan thru August, 1, 2020. All customers are required to keep their monthly payment plan amount in addition to keeping their current bill up to date. The Company will not be charging any late fees or interest during this time.
